Hi everyone! My name is Olivia Romero, I am a second year Psychology major and minoring in Management. I hope to become a school counselor or open up my own business some day. I am currently PSA’s President and Treasurer intern and I have enjoyed being a part of this organization and contributing my ideas to give our members the best experience! I am from Garden Grove, so not too far from campus which is pretty great! I enjoy playing volleyball, spending time with my family, and trying new food/coffee shops in my area. I love coffee! I can drink maybe 2-3 cups a day which I know is crazy lol! I love traveling and going to new places, so I hope to travel the world some day! Anyhow, I live maybe like 10 minutes from Disneyland so catch me there when everything starts opening up!

Hi!! My name is Alisa Masamitsu and I am currently the vice president intern for PSA. I am a second year Psychological Science major with minors in Creative Writing and Criminology. My career goal is to become either a clinical or counseling psychologist, as I really enjoy talking to and helping people. Some of my psychology interests include mental health, emotion, personality, and psychological disorders. Other than psychology, I love eating noodles, I have a shiba inu, I <3 the Dodgers and Lakers, and my all-time favorite tv show is (ironically) called Psych. I’m from Honolulu, Hawaii, so when I’m at home I love surfing and going to the beach!! Excited to meet all of y’all and share our love of psych :))

Hi everyone! My name is Kaitlyn, and I am a 2nd year psychological science major. I currently have the secretary internship with PSA and have loved being more involved with this great organization! My career goal is to become either a school counselor or school psychologist. I can’t wait to help make a difference in children’s lives. My hobbies include dancing, watching Netflix, going on drives with my friends, and listening to Good Days by SZA on repeat. I also enjoy writing articles for the UCI Chapter of Her Campus. Hello everyone! My name is CatCat Hua and I’m a third year Psychology major and Education minor. Although I transferred to UCI Fall of 2020, I have been part of PSA since Summer of 2020! Currently, I am the PSA Secretary Intern. Other than PSA, I am going to work with SSARC as a Peer Consultant for the 2021-2022 year. My career goal is to become a college counselor since I really want to help students figure out their way through college! Hello everyone, my name is Parneet and I am currently interning as a Marketing Coordinator for PSA. I transferred to UCI this year and I am originally from the Bay Area. I have an interest in pursuing a career in clinical psychology and teaching. Right now, I am volunteering for a School Psychologist to gain a greater understanding of the job. I am someone who loves to travel to new places and immerse myself in different cultures. I also enjoy going to the beach on warm sunny days. For about a year now, I have been working out consistently to stay in shape physically and mentally, making homemade latte drinks during my free time, listening to EDM music, and going on nice long hikes.

Hi everyone! My name is Angie Leung, and I am excited to be a Marketing Intern for PSA! As a Marketing Intern for PSA, I design graphics for club activities and manage its social media accounts. In my free time, I enjoy binging K-dramas, watching Marvel movies, and video editing. I’m hoping to make new friends at PSA and become a research assistant at UCI for psychological studies.

Hi everyone! My name is Jarrod Delin and I am currently the Webmaster Intern for PSA. I am a third- year transfer student majoring in Psychological Science. I am still exploring multiple career options but I have been very interested in clinical and school psychology and hope to pursue an advanced degree in these fields. Outside of school, I love to play the piano and I've been a piano student for most of my life. I have a dog named Penny and love listening to music with her! I also enjoy binge-watching anime and basketball. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone at our meetings!

My name is Mark Pelayo and I am PSA’s Outreach Chair Intern for this academic year! I am currently double majoring in Psychological Science and Criminology, Law & Society with a minor in Education. I am interested in possibly working in the social or forensic psychology fields since these two have always fascinated me ever since I became a psychology student. I also hope to pursue becoming a community college psychology professor because I love discussing several topics about psychology and I really want to influence as many future students to become passionate for the field. In my spare time, I have a hobby of collecting some of my personal favorite artists that I listen to. For example, my collection consists of Tame Impala, Kanye West, Tupac and so much more! I also love going to the beach with friends to relax and enjoy watching sports with my family!

Hi everyone! My name is Viviana Cabrera, and I am super excited to be your Community Service Intern Chair. It’s been so much fun getting to connect with you all virtually in a way that allows us to also give back to our community. I am a third-year double majoring in Psychological Sciences and Criminology, Law, & Society with a minor in Education. I have just recently declared my minor in education, due to my interest in being a school psychologist! I had dabbled in different career interests, but after speaking with a school psychologist my heart was sold on the career. A little bit about myself is that I love to cook. I have a long running Pinterest board with tons of recipes that I can’t wait to try. I also love watching movies and new shows, and just like my recipes I have an ongoing list of shows and movies I want to watch. My favorite way to unwind from a stressful week is by driving and listening to music. Hi, my name is Amanda Tang and I’m a first year Psychological Sciences major at UCI. I joined PSA to further broaden my knowledge and relationship with psychology. In the future I hope to become a Clinical Psychologist or a Human Resources Manage! I know two very different careers but I’ll figure it out soon! In my free time I enjoy reading books, swimming, and hanging out with friends.
